Portrait Color Studies
During college i began experimenting with color relationships in a limited color palette to see how they interact with each other. Photographing in the studio allowed me to control the space and set up the scene exactly how I wanted it to be. Using one light on either side of the setup, the lighting creates shadows to make the scene more dynamic and help to add depth to the photographs. The use of color and the relationship between the colors in the photographs are the main focus of the pictures. However, I know that there is more to them that I am waiting to discover for myself.
